Sniplo listens for keystrokes only within focused text inputs on web pages. When you type a character, Sniplo checks if the last N characters match any of your saved triggers. It reads only the minimum characters needed to match triggers and immediately discards them. Your keystrokes are never transmitted anywhere.
If you choose to create an account and enable sync, we store the following on our servers (Supabase):
We do not store usage statistics even when sync is enabled, unless you explicitly enable that option.
HTTPS/TLS. Supabase RLS. Anon key is publishable. Session tokens sandboxed to extension.
We use Supabase for optional cloud sync. No other third-party data processors receive your data.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the extension settings. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the extension.
The extension itself uses no cookies. Our website uses no tracking cookies.
Sniplo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
